• Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.
• Certain items (like beauty products, perfumes, or intimate wear) cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
• Delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Products

• If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
